don't just use font style or physical styles to make something look
like a heading.

Similarly, use lists for all lists.

Use physical text styles (bold, italics, underline,
fixed-pitch) to change the look of text.

Use logical text (Citation, code, definition,
emphasis) styles for defining what the contents of the text are.

Never (overused and detracts from
your content)

Start using the much-more powerful CSS for controlling
your text.

Use 'BREAK's to add a carriage return within a
paragraph. Don't use BREAKs to define paragraphs (Example)
