There was a total of 33 tracking passes in September of 1999 with 2 of these being an unattended tracking pass. Of the 31 attended tracking passes 27 collected the maximum amount of valid data possible. Of the 2 unattended tracking passes 2 collected the maximum amount of good data. 17 tracking passes lost data due to the link from HALCA not showing up on time. 3 tracking passes lost data due to twenty or thirty second dropouts of the HALCA signal. Two tracking passes lost data due to problems with Kagashima not being able to command HALCA (the passes were not canceled in time via the SRS files).

Of the 10 recording passes, 8 collected the maximum amount of good data.

10 tracking passes were observed ``remotely'' from the Jansky Operations Center. None of these tracking passes lost data due to a hardware or software problem.

$\bullet$ 27 of 31 attended passes had max good data.

$\bullet$ Operators helped increase amount of good data in 3 of 4 ``bad'' attended passes.

$\bullet$ 2 of 2 unattended passes had max good data.

$\bullet$ A total of 0.22 tracking passes lost data due to software problems.

$\bullet$ A total of 0.11 tracking passes lost data due to hardware problems.

$\bullet$ A total of 2.00 tracking passes lost data due to problems with HALCA.

$\bullet$ 8 of 10 recording passes were completely successful.

$\bullet$ 10 of 10 recording passes were at least 80% successful.

$\bullet$ A total of 0.03 recording passes lost data.

$\bullet$ A total of 0.16 tracking passes lost data due to the signal from HALCA being late.

$\bullet$ 10 of 10 tracking passes observed from the JOC were succesfull.
