There was a total of 43 tracking passes in August of 1999 with 3 of these being an unattended tracking pass. Of the 40 attended tracking passes 32 collected the maximum amount of valid data possible. Of the 3 unattended tracking passes 2 collected the maximum amount of good data. The vertex overheating due to the Peltier heater/cooler failing or being insufficient along with unseating an IC connector in the demodulator resulted in the loss of data for 6 tracking passes. 24 tracking passes lost data due to the link from HALCA not showing up on time. 2 tracking passes lost data due to twenty or thirty second dropouts of the HALCA signal.

Of the 15 recording passes, 13 collected the maximum amount of good data.

$\bullet$ 32 of 40 attended passes had max good data.

$\bullet$ Operators helped increase amount of good data in 2 of 8 ``bad'' attended passes.

$\bullet$ 2 of 3 unattended passes had max good data.

$\bullet$ Operators would have increased amount of good data in 0 of 1 ``bad'' unattended passes.

$\bullet$ A total of 0.15 tracking passes lost data due to software problems.

$\bullet$ A total of 0.81 tracking passes lost data due to hardware problems.

$\bullet$ 13 of 15 recording passes were completely successful.

$\bullet$ 15 of 15 recording passes were at least 80% successful.

$\bullet$ A total of 0.19 recording passes lost data.

$\bullet$ A total of 0.09 tracking passes lost data due to severe weather.

$\bullet$ A total of 0.28 tracking passes lost data due to the signal from HALCA being late.
