Short on Waveguide window port.  LowCal firing.

Removed dewar window short and connected feedhorn with metal plate
over aperture.  Rebalanced spectrometer as TP increased by about 2dB.

The spectrum is terrible; spikes up to 3dB everywhere.
Removed feed support tube and radome, cleaned aperture face and
removed two metal chips from feed grooves.  Put 300K absorber over
feed aperture to try.  Rebalanced, and reduced scan time to 60s.

Removed absorber and put metal cover and copper tape back on feed
