This project has 48 DCR scans taken in background (DCR was not selected
in the ScanCoordinator - used Cleo "Acquire Data" screen to run scans),
while Rick was running the Spectrometer under TBASEJRF021202.

DCR was setup in TPwCal mode, Sw Period = 2.0026 sec., blanking time 
0.0026s.  Scan time was 300sec.

Note that data is probably not useful. Fits files not at 5 min intervals.
DCR probably did not sync properly to the spectrometer cal signal.
