[Astro2020] Transient Sky: First Meeting


    What are the goals?
        The goal is to make sure that transient event science is represented in the decadal survey.
        The GBO staff would like these meeting and papers to be community driven, where the staff gives support to meet the needs on the community. 
    What events to include?
        FRBs
            Should be its own white paper. 
            NANOGrav plans to support this topic, but does not necessarily wants to lead a paper.
        Slow Transients
        SETI Papers?
            Jill Tarter might be working on an Astro-Bio white paper
        Pulsars Sciences
    Who should we reach out to make sure all transient science is covered?
        VLA-Sky Survey for Slow transients. (Shami will make contact)
        Others (Andrew Seymour)
    What we need?
        Need to setup Chair, vice-chair, and minute-taker
        Need to reach out to other transient research groups and may combine with other GBO Astro2020 groups since there is a lot of membership overlap.
