Brett confirm that the white paper plans are the same and is
discussing with Toney about the exact roles.  Plans are to work on the
papers at the upcoming GBT Surveys workshop.

(1) Non-LTE maser emission processes at low GBT freq (PI Tony -- Tony
may write another white paper as well)

(2) Cold pre-biotic molecules (led by Brett and Tony) -- combination
ngVLA+GBT white paper.

Discused the plans for the future capabilities of the GBT.

The wide-band Pulsar receiver could be used for chemistry (0.7-4GHz)
and chemistry survey projects would benefit from the wide-band digital
upgrades for our future other receivers.


o The next telecon will be in about a month before the surveys workshop.
