Every command on the ZY returns a time stamp. The time stamp is
encoded as a double (see section 2.7). The
integral portion of the number is the
Modified Julian Day. The fractional portion is the time of day,
as a fraction of the day, UTC. This time has a resolution of
1 mS. For non-measurement commands, the time stamp is taken upon
successful completion of the command. For commands that involve
a phase measurement, the time stamp is taken immediately after the
trigger is given to the A/D converter.
