The ZY is capable (through an object of class PPI8255A) of turning
on or off the oscillator power supplies and the servo amplifiers
by software commands. Using the DAQ16 object, the ZY can read the
voltages of the power supplies and the temperature within the ZY
enclosure, and also read the lock states of the oscillators.
