Preamble (to the NAIC director) - 29 April, 2002

Paul,

Below is my best attempt at listing the staff-related
duties which I currently perform at Arecibo. There's probably
a few things I forgot, but I think this at least covers most
of it.

If there's any more information, or any clarifications, which
you would like please let me know.

Karen

        Monitoring all web pages which astronomers could use
        and doing my best to insure the pages are up-to-date, the

                astro web site);
        Spectral Line Observers Web pages (info on data taking, reduction,
                etc. of interest to spectral line observers);
        Front pages for the astronomy pages (all the related links,
                the "current news front page, etc.)
        Astronomy highlights page (previous astro highlights, newsletter
                links, etc.)
        IF/LO web information (in theory, detailed info on the IF/LO
                and related systems at the telescopes, done with
                Jon Hagens help)
        Operations log page (with Jeff Hagen, a site where changes,
                tests, etc. done on the telescope can be logged);
