Hi Joe,
I was searching on the net for pages about or from people
with my last name. guess what, I ended up at your Hill house
page, finding myself in the list of occupants. Thinking how
I could contribute to your page, I dug up an old slide, I
took in early November 24th 1984, at 18:03. It shows
the house in an astronomical setting with the 85ft telescope,
jupiter, venus and the moon. the yellowish star is a reflection
of the dining room light, while the green UFO is the one
of street lamp. The photo was taken from the south-eastern
corner of the orchard using a 50 mm lens.

Wolfgang also sent other photos:
View from the living room of 85-1
A view out the living room window, of  85-1, part of the Green Bank Interferometer.

View of the Front of the house
A view of the fromt of the house, with Wolfgang's mother-in-law.

View from the South
View from the South. Note the small evergreen trees, many were planted by the observatory over the years.

I hope you like these and include them in your selection.
By the way we were living there with five people, no dog,
no cats, and no horses.
take care,
Wolfgang.

Thanks Wolfgang! -- jbrandt
