Fetch GBT TCALS

Fetch GBT TCals from the calibration database, and list in VLBA format. Gets Low Cals only.
  1. Select the receiver.
  2. Click get dates to list the available calibration dates.
  3. Select the desired date.
  4. Click get tcals to get the TCals for the selected date and receiver.
