8:30am Cryostat & Packaging
  -review & discuss latest drawings
  -review & comments on "list of drawings" needed for CDR
  -review new (and final?) set of electronics 
	needed for the receiver: what boxes where etc.
  -review new wiring diagram
  -mechanical interface 
   *rfi enclosure & mount
   *rx mount to telescope

10:45 Electronics & Software
  -Status Update on Penn & Princeton work on MUX electronics 
  -briefly discuss electronics/software documentation 
  -outline plan for the receiver software development
  -Identify any specific issues we'd like to address (re: electronics
	and software) at the 24/25 July GSFC meeting.

12:00-1:00 <LUNCH>

1:00-1:30 Brief discussion with Jeff Cromer about RFI Rack (OFFLINE)

1:30 resume in New Conference Room
 Cryogenics
  -status update, opportunity for questions

  Optics
  -review new and nominally final design

 Detector update

 Review overall goals (electronics, software, detectors, sensitivity...)
	for 24/25 July GSFC meeting

3:30 Management & planning issues
  -schedule (deltas, risk)
  -discuss risk areas and how we can deal with them
   *experience with bolometers
   *loading
  -commissioning strategy (baseline scenario; personnel & 
	other resources req'd for commissioning)
  -brief discussion of acceptance tests
  -outlook for CDR
  -outline 6 month view of anticipated claims on GB
	resources (shop time, software consultation, etc)

-->if there is time in the afternoon: discussion of analysis software (OFFLINE).

	needed)
