School on Single-Dish Radio Astronomy
Techniques and Applications

This school is aimed at potential new users of the national-facility telescopes at Arecibo and Green Bank and single-dish telescopes in general.

The school includes an intensive lecture course providing the necessary background, an overview of current single-dish capabilities in respect of both hardware and software, and detailing state-of-the-art applications to specific research fields.

The school will also provide hands-on experience for the participants.
