NRAO would like your feedback on the overall success of your recent observing session. The software systems and sub-systems, some of the hardware (especially RFI mitigation) and much of the documentation are currently undergoing considerable revision. We want your input to help us set priorities in these different areas (bearing in mind the on-going effort). You may attach any relevant files to this email by specifying these files at the end of this form.

If you prefer to submit a narrative description as a file please fill out the Basic Observing Information section below, and attach the file, preferably in PDF or PS format.

Notification of the receipt of your comments will be forwarded to internal NRAO technical support and Observatory managerial staff for their review and consideration. Your comments are also posted on a internal web site (intranet) accessible from NRAO computers.
