There was a total of 19 tracking passes in December of 1999 with 1 of these being an unattended tracking passes. Of the 18 attended tracking passes 18 collected the maximum amount of valid data possible. No signal was detected for the unattended tracking pass (no error with the tracking station was found). 8 tracking passes lost data due to the link from HALCA not showing up on time. One tracking pass lost data due to inclement weather.

19 tracking passes were observed ``remotely'' from the Jansky Operations Center.

$\bullet$ 18 of 18 attended passes had max good data.

$\bullet$ A total of 0.02 tracking passes lost data due to inclement weather.

$\bullet$ A total of 1.75 tracking passes lost data due to the signal from HALCA being late or ending early.

$\bullet$ 18 of 18 tracking passes observed from the JOC were succesfull.

$\bullet$ 2 of 3 recording passes gathered the maximum amount of valid data.

$\bullet$ 3 of 3 recording passes gathered 80% or more of the maximum amount of valid data.

$\bullet$ A total of 0.02 recording passes lost data.
