There was a total of 14 tracking passes in September of 1998 with 3 of these being unattended tracking passes. Of the 11 attended tracking passes 10 collected the maximum amount of valid data possible. Of the 3 unattended tracking passes only 1 collected the maximum amount of good data unassited. There was 1 tracking pass that lost data due to HALCA not being commanded. There was 1 tracking pass that was not covered due to not enough prior notice to cover the pass. There were 12 tracking passes that had data lost due to the HALCA emergency with the APS/DHU.

$\bullet$ 10 of 11 attended passes had max good data.

$\bullet$ Operators helped increase amount of good data in 1 of 1 ``bad'' attended passes.

$\bullet$ 1 of 3 unattended passes had max good data.

$\bullet$ Operators would have increased amount of good data in 1 of 2 ``bad'' unattended passes.

$\bullet$ A total of 10.36 tracking passes lost data due to problems with HALCA.
