97 March 21: First successful VSOP/HALCA Tracking
The tracking station locked to the Ku band down link from VSOP/HALCA. The
decoded VSOP/HALCA telemetry data indicated that VSOP/HALCA was successfully
locked to the tracking station uplink tone.
