2271.12 and 2230.8 MHz from the the Chandrayaan spacecraft

The downlink frequencies of the Chandrayaan spacecraft, now on its way to the Moon, are 2271.12 and 2230.8 MHz, and they are on all the time. These may be a problem for pulsar observers.
