Analysis
I. Ori A
Four 120s beam-switched observations were made of the 22GHz line in Orion A. In all cases, the baseline was extemely flat, as exemplified below:

The peak velocity and velocity widths compare extremely well with that found in the literature, as can be seen below:

III. RMS
The rms noise for polarizations L and R ranged were 10-11mK and 12-15 mK after removing a 6th order baseline from the 1000 channels of interest. The L channel was less noisy than the right, by a few percent, due to the lower temperature. The measured vs. theoretical RMS values are given below.
| Bank/Pol | Individual Scan | Average of Scans | Theor. rms (ind/all scans) |
|---|---|---|---|
| A / R | 11 mK | 5 mK | 10/5 mK |
| A / L | 14 - 15 mK | 7.5 mK | 15/7.5 mK |
| B / R | 11 mK | 5 mK | 10/5 mK |
| B / L | 14 - 25 mK | 7.5 mK | 15/7.5 mK |
| C / R | 10 mK | 5 mK | 10/5 mK |
| C / L | 12 mK | 6 mK | 12/6 mK |
| D / R | 10 mK | 5 mK | 10/5 mK |
| D / L | 12 mK | 6 mK | 12/6 mK |
The measured value are extremely close to that predicted.
