The Chautauqua Short Course Series is an NSF sponsored program designed to update undergraduate college professors' knowledge in forefront science research and teaching. NRAO offers 3 Chautauqua Short Courses:

• NRAO-Green Bank hosts a short-course entitled: A Radio View of the Universe. To see the type of workshop we offer, take a look at an old workshop agenda.
• In addition, University of Hawaii astronomer, Gareth Wynn-Williams, leads a short course at the NRAO entitled: Teaching Introductory Astronomy. The two Green Bank workshops are held back-to-back so that participants can attend both, if desired.
• The NRAO site in Soccoro, NM offers a Chautauqua Short Course called Interferometry in Radio Astronomy. A prerequisite for this course is the NRAO Radio View of the Universe course.
