Instructions
Plans: Explain in a few sentences how the science goals in the proposal will be achieved through the data analysis plans. Describe those plans in enough detail to justify the level of effort for which student stipends are being requested. Highlight any unique or unusual aspects of those plans and how these aspects affect the resources required.
Costs: All budgeted costs must be reasonable given the amount of data to be analyzed. All travel and equipment costs should be described and justified. Special costs that are unique or unusual should be described in detail.
