Mainsaver Tutorial

Once you have logged onto the CITRIX server and accessed ROME,
To view assets at a location, or find a specific asset in the Hierarchy (Tree):
Assets are generally grouped into hierarchies according to physical location. For example, assets located in the receiver room can be located under A2-TIPPING STRUCTURE, then FEEDARM, then RECEIVER room. |
All assets in the Hierarchy reside in a slot (a folder). When viewing slots, you will notice empty slots (slots without assets) have an empty folder icon. Slots with assets have a different icon. The slot description in the hierarchy tree begins with the slot number (or name), followed by a slash, then the asset number. For example, the C-Band receiver is in the slot C-BAND RCVR 3.95-5.85 GHZ and the asset number is TUR-RCVR-C. Clicking on the asset will reveal that the slot description is RNE3-UNIT6-N2. This is our reference designator. Slots with sub-slots have a – or + sign to show an expanded or collapsed tree. |
