Setting up again to test Converter Rack baseline ripple.  Used setup
file ~rnorrod/Gbt/TestCfgs/if_acs_crackA.cfg

Using T=360s

Setup began at 20:30 UT.  Normal connections.

Installed 6dB pads at all outputs of OR3.  No change to
OR1. Rebalanced spectrometer.

10 : SCAN STARTING AT 52781 21:49:53

Added another 6dB (total 12dB) to each output of OR3.  No change to
OR1. Removed 4dB from OD3 attenuator, and rebalanced spectrometer.

Removed all pads, and terminated outputs of OR3, except B which is
connected to CM6.
