figure

Antenna temperature towards blank sky using the L-band receiver at a rest frequency of 1410 MHz (Scan 19). (Postscript Version) The spectrometer was used with a bandwidth of 50 MHz (1N2-0A-50-A). Frequency switching was used with an offset frequency of 1 MHz. The red and green lines correspond to the linear X and Y polarizations respectively. Note that both polarizations contain irregular baseline structures with a period of ~10 MHz. The linear Y-polarization also contains a ~1.5 MHz ripple. The TRACK procedure was used to track blank sky.
