The Astro-2020 white paper deadline has been push back a month and is now 
Monday, 19 February 2019.

Tony provide update on his white paper and plans to advertise it
broadly within the chemistry community.

Al provided an update on ALMA plans for Astro2020 which is based on
their Science 2030 document.  They plan to focus on disks and galaxies
at the epoch of reionization for their 2020 white papers.

David provided short status on other known white paper efforts.
