Science White Papers Ideas:

(1) Non-LTE maser emission processes at low GBT freq (PI Tony -- Tony
may write another white paper as well)

(2) Cold pre-biotic molecules (led by Brett and Tony) -- combination
ngVLA+GBT white paper.

(3) Aromatic Chemistry (PI Brett)

Science focus of the group covers the 3-50GHz frequency range.
Projects would benefit from wider available bandwidth as well as new
multi-beam receivers.  Question about Rx upgrades in general, e.g.,
improving C-band.

Reported on planned white-paper for 3mm wide-area mapping for comet
research led by Amy Lovell (with Argus+ instrument)


Action Items:

o Brett, Tony, and Al will work on putting together drafts of white
  papers in the coming months and will communicate with the group via
  e-mail exploder.

o Frayer to list possible observatory plans for GBT improvements on
  web-page so the science cases can leverage possible upgrades (and
  observatory can map the science cases to the planned upgrades).
  Also, the observatory should contact LMT folks to follow-up on any
  collaboration with regard to future phase-array-feed systems.

o Those planning on coming to the GBT Survey workshop (Nov. 13-14) can
